    The write-up of our match against Master Theory is now online.

" Going into game one, we were fortunate to know Master Theory's plan for map control. We knew they were going to rush sniper, rockets and center to control the front of our base. In the first ninety seconds of the game; we thwarted their sniper rush, were crushed by their rocket rush, control of the front of our base was lost and we were down two flag captures. "Read on.

The Night Rider 7 Halo 2 Tournament

    In order to honor our dear friend and clan founder Night Rider 7 (Pieter), the Winged Warriors have decided to hold a halo 2 tournament in his honor. For those who do not know, Night Rider 7 was severely injured in a car accident a year and a half ago. He began his recovery in a coma; fortunately he woke up only a month after the accident. Currently, Pieter is still in the hospital and is slowly progressing on the road to recovery.

We are grateful that so many communities have decided to help us honor Pieter, and I know if Pieter could he would thank each and every one of you. So to all of the communities, thank you and good luck in the tournament.

Left 4 Dead

    After much discussion fueled by our love for killing hordes of zombies whose sole purpose is to rip us apart limb from limb and our love of decimating the survivors: the Winged Warriors are excited to announce that we are now accepting challenges for Left 4 Dead. Happy Birthday Winged Warriors!

January 16th, 2009

    Only four years ago, Night Rider 7 founded the Winged Warriors on the motto, "Excellence in Teamwork, Communication, Planning and Good Sportsmanship." Now four years, 42 clan matches and 201 clan match games later the Winged Warriors are still one of the leading competitive clans in the Halo Community. On January 16th, 2005 the founding members were determined to become better in both practice and principle, and to elevate their standards above the mob. The Winged Warriors have succeeded for four years and will continue our mission till the end of time.

Sincere thanks to everyone who has helped us get this far, there are too many to mention but we owe part of our success to our supporters in the Halo Community; especially our allies. Most of all, I thank the members who make up the Winged Warriors, you are truly the blood of the clan and you have definitely proven to the world that nothing can stop you when you put your hearts into it. Here's to another incredible and successful year of excellence in teamwork, communication, planning and good sportsmanship!

    We would like to welcome back DiiZiiY to the Winged Warriors. For those who might remember, DiiZiiY was a member of our clan back in December 2007; at the time he was known as Playboy. New Alliance

    Combat Evolved United or CE United was founded in 2005 as a result of three clans (Hell Jumpers, Nemesis and 1 Eyed Warriors) merging together with one similar goal. The clan's goal was to provide an environment for a community of gamers to come together and seize new and old releases across various consoles to enjoy with one another amongst the community. After our meeting in Clan Match 15 we decided to solidify our friendship into something more, so in December 2008 the Winged Warriors and CE United formed an official alliance.

Good Game Network

    We would like to announce that the Winged Warriors are now an official member of the Good Game Network. The Good Game Network (GGN) is an alliance of communities in the Halo Nation. In the words of Tied the Leader, "each of the virtual armies linked below represent partnerships in our quest for allies, worthy opponents, or [in all cases] both. The leaders and members of these outfits can be found advancing their pastime on our forum - planning challenges, swapping war stories, or seeking new recruits."

In the interest of sharing a solid gaming experience beyond our own borders, the Winged Warriors share Tied the Leader's vision of fostering diplomatic relations with the gaming communities listed below as well as other communities that share our ideals for recreational competition.
